The Cradle Collective is a community-driven organization dedicated to strengthening families and transforming maternal health through education, perinatal support (doulas) and workforce development. We believe that families thrive when they are supported by knowledgeable, compassionate, culturally aware professionals and when communities invest in systems that prioritize safe, respectful birth experiences. Through professional training, mentorship, and collaborative partnerships, The Cradle Collective works to expand access to skilled doulas, while equipping families with the information and support they need to navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with confidence.
